Charges

For orders with a value of £99 or over mainland UK delivery (excluding some highland areas) is free of charge. Delivery for orders valued less than £99 is generally charged at £5.75 per order. For some smaller, lightweight products the delivery charge may be at a reduced rate unless they are part of a larger order. Where this is the case the delivery charge will be specified with the product description. For larger items it is possible to have delivery arranged for a Saturday. An additional charge applies for this. The option to select Saturday delivery and the additional cost are shown in the shopping basket once a larger item has been selected.

The delivery charge for mainland UK addresses is shown in your shopping basket at all times and will be updated as you add products to your basket. It is therefore not necessary to proceed to the point of purchasing to find what, if any, delivery charges apply.

Delivery Time

Our products are despatched either from stock or directly from the manufacturer / importer where this can reduce delivery costs, and hence the price you pay for the goods. Most deliveries are made within 2 to 5 working days of ordering, however in some instances it may take up to 10 working days. Standard deliveries are made on normal working days only, Saturday deliveries are available for some items at extra cost.

Delivery Address

When you complete your order you will be given the option of specifying a different delivery address to that of the cardholder. WFOL use a number of delivery companies, the company that is used depends on the weight of the order. Orders that can be posted through a letterbox will be sent by post. Larger orders may be delivered by van or lorry and a signature may be required.
