Terms of Sale

Price & Delivery - Prices include VAT. Delivery for mainland UK (excluding the highlands) is free for orders valued over £99. For orders valued less than £99 mainland UK (excluding highlands) delivery is £5.75 per order. Where specified delivery for some smaller items is charged at a lower rate. Most deliveries are made within 2 to 5 working days of ordering, however in some instances it may take up to 10 working days. Standard deliveries are made on normal working days only, Saturday deliveries are available for some items at extra cost.

Payment - Payment may be made by credit card using our Internet SECURE form, or by fax, or by post. Cheques are accepted by post.

Ordering - Please select the required quantity and use the 'buy' buttons to add to your shopping basket. Follow the instructions given when you place your order. When ordering online all payment details are securely SSL encrypted.

Dimensions - Please note that all capacities and dimensions are approximate because of the individual nature of some of our products.

Refunds - Goods can be returned to the Company within 14 days of receipt providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging. When returning goods please ensure the delivery method is secure (signature required) since the goods are the Buyer’s responsibility until they reach the Company’s premises. Providing goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery to the Buyer the Company will refund the value of the goods less delivery costs. Delivery costs include the cost of delivering the goods to the Buyer and may also include the cost of returning the goods to the Company where the Company has arranged and paid for their return.

Maintenance - For oak barrel products please refer to our barrel maintenance page for instructions on keeping barrels in good condition.

Email - WFOL do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). You may however receive occasional offers or news by emails if you select the option to receive these when ordering. If this option is selected then you can subsequently choose to be removed from the emailing list.

Cookies - The Water Features On-line website uses session cookies to record your shopping choices for your shopping basket and to pass this information to our secure server when you order. Secure information such as your credit card details are not stored using cookies. A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer. WFOL uses session cookies only, i.e. the cookies created during your session are deleted from your computer when you close your web browser.

Data Protection - Water Features On-line conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
