Terms
Price & Delivery - Prices include VAT. Delivery for mainland UK (excluding the highlands) is free for orders valued
over £99. For orders valued less than £99 mainland UK (excluding highlands)
delivery is £5.75 per order. Where specified delivery for some smaller items is charged at a lower rate. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Payment - Payment may be made by credit card using our Internet SECURE form, or by fax, or by post. Cheques are accepted by post.
Maintenance - Refer to our barrel maintenance page for instructions on keeping barrels in good condition.
Dimensions - Please note that all capacities and dimensions are approximate because of the individual
nature of our products.
Refunds - Any item that does not give complete satisfaction may be
returned within 10 days of receipt providing it is returned in its original condition. A
refund will be given for the cost of the goods only, less a 10% handling charge.
Privacy
Email - WFOL do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Cookies - The Water Features On-line website uses session cookies to record your shopping choices for your shopping basket and to pass this information to our secure server
when you order. Secure information such as your credit card details are not stored using cookies. A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer. WFOL uses session
cookies only, i.e. the cookies created during your session are deleted from your computer when you close your web browser.
