This contemporary water feature uses a combination of carved, dark grey granite and stainless steel to produce a stunning and highly durable water feature. The granite column has a mixture of ridged and polished surfaces and is drilled with a central bore hole. It is designed such that a waterproof spotty light may be fitted inside the top of the bore hole so that water bubbling from the top can be illuminated for increased effect. Please note that the spotty light shown in the photographs is not included with the feature but is available as an option.

While it is possible to mount this feature on a plinth in a garden pond we recommend the use of a pebble pool base for most installations. The Finia 1000 is a heavy duty pool that can withstand the weight of a granite feature of this type. For installation it is normally buried in the ground, covered with stone or shale and the feature positioned on top of it. The Finia 1000 is also available as an option.

A pond pump is required to drive the water from the pond or pebble pool base up through the feature's central bore hole to the point at which it emerges from the top of the granite. Again the pond pump is not included with the main feature but is available as an option. When the pond pump is purchased as an option it is supplied with the flexible hose etc. needed to connect it to the feature. The pond pump will normally reside beneath the water, inside the pebble pool base and has 10m of cable for connection to a mains 240V supply.
